I'm writing to tell you how impressed I was on how you handled the mix up on the air cleaner filter that I ordered 5 months ago.

I received the new filter on Wednesday of last week (just 2 days after I contacted you) and I popped the un-opened return unit back with UPS on Saturday. I also appreciated the $25 coupon you sent for my trouble, but it really wasn't needed given your "can-do" attitude about fixing my rather old problem.

I couldn't be happier with the customer service at Fitzz and I will endeavor to do all of my health and fitness shopping on your website in the future.

I just wanted to provide a bit of feedback on a recent order that I had placed. Prior to placing my order I had never heard of your company before, but it was one of the few sites on the internet that sold the specific heater model that I wanted. Although there was a problem with the original order and I ended up receiving the wrong item initially, this error was handled efficiently once I reported it and I soon had the correct item and the label needed to return the erroneous item.There was no hassle in all of this and as a result I am quite pleased with the final outcome. Because all of this was handled in a professional manner, it does make it more likely that I may place future orders with your company should the need arise for any of the items that you sell.

This is the greatest! Its not only comfortable ride for my 3 yr old grandson but it can handle going almost anywhere. The rocks, gravel, road terrain is awesome. We fly over big rocks (on purpose) just to see how it can handle and he has a blast. He doesn't look forward to our walks ending. In fact when we get back he just wants to lie down in it.
