The "SureRelease" Tension Systems is the latest-in-tension device technology from Augusta Medical Systems. It is a designed as a single-use tension system for maintaining erections. The system uses a tension device with a circular center opening and two handles with two smaller finger holes. Use these holes to quickly release the tension system when desired.
