We use UPS Ground delivery services for most our orders (but may also use USPS Priority Mail at our discretion often to provide even quicker delivery time frames). You will be notified by our warehouse via email the day the order is shipped and will be provided with the tracking information. LTL FREIGHT SERVICE AND FREE SHIPPING OFFERS
Orders that qualify for our Free Shipping Offer and are delivered by LTL Freight Services (i.e. home gyms, large medical equipment or other palletized shipments) will be delivered to your home or business address "Curb Side" without Lift Gate service. This means the carrier will deliver the package to a same floor covered area (i.e. your garage or carport). Additional charges will be incurred if there are more than two steps, if you wish to have inside delivery or if you wish your delivery to be on a second, third or other floor.
Most orders placed prior to 2 PM EST are shipped the same day if we have the item in our Miami warehouse. We recommend contacting our Customer Care Team in advance if your order is urgent. Please allow 1-5 days processing time for items being drop shipped from the manufacturer. We will notify of our inventory status and we will do our best to communicate any delays in your order.
UPS may require a signature for delivery (this is left to the driver's discretion). Many customers have their orders shipped to their office to insure timely delivery.
The customer assumes responsibility of the shipment once we hand it to the delivery service. Fitzz is not responsible for lost packages if the delivery service indicates completed delivery. We will assist in initiating lost package tracers but ultimately it is the customer's responsibility to insure safe and secure delivery addresses are provided.

Some items are shipped from different warehouses which may add extra shipping charges. Any additional charges will be displayed prior to your checkout.
Undeliverable Package Returns - From time to time a package is returned as undeliverable due to either addressing issues or the customer is not available to accept delivery. If an order is returned under these circumstances and the error was not that of The Fitzz Group, Inc. or the delivery service, the original shipping charges (even if the item qualified for our "Free Shipping Offer") and a restocking fee will be charged to the order prior to a credit being applied to the order. If a request is made to reship the order, the shipping charge is the responsibility of the customer.

APO & FPO ADDRESSES Unlike many online stores, we are happy to assist you with orders to APO/FPO Addresses. For items under 60 pounds we are happy to use U.S.P.S. Priority Mail to complete your delivery. You may complete your order online but you you may need to speak with a Fitzz Care Team member prior to your order being processed by our office to verify accuracy of shipping charges.
Orders to APO/FPO addresses that are not warehoused at our main warehouse may be charged up to a $35.00 Handling Fee plus shipping costs (USPS Priority Mail Rates range up to $100 with package maximum weights of 70 pounds) to our warehouse from the manufacturer (depending on the weight and size of the item). These additional fees will be calculated and added to your order prior to our in-house processing. (Our Free Shipping offer is limited to items under 5 pounds when shipping to APO/FPO Addresses.) We are also required by the US Postal Service to complete customs forms and must submit them to our local post office.
Regarding items we normally have shipped directly from the manufacturer, there will be a 3-7 business day delay.
