The RO-PERM Ultra Reverse Osmosis System by APEC, 45-90 Gallons per Day is designed and manufactured by APEC is the leading manufacturer of residential reverse-osmosis drinking water filtration systems in the United States for over 17 years of water purification experience. The RO-PERM "RO" system is perfect for homes with low water pressure (30-50 psi is considered low pressure). This is typical of homes using private wells. The Permeate Ultra Reverse Osmosis 45/90 GPD System uses a patented permeate pump that takes advantage of hydraulic pressure usually lost down the drain to all the tank to fill 2-3 times faster than without it.
Reverse Osmosis is the most convenient and effective method of water filtration. It filters water by squeezing water through a semi-permeable membrane, which is rated at 0.0001 micron (equals to 0.00000004 inch!). This is the technology used to make bottled water, it is also the only technology capable of desalinating sea water, making it into drinking water.

The High Rejection Reverse Osmosis Membranes found in the APEC systems give the highest contaminant removal rate in the industry: 98-99%, they last 4-7 years easily. Most other membranes deliver only 80-95% rejection, and last only 1-2 years. Reverse Osmosis and Water Ionization
There are some of our customers that wish to add the extra benefits of Water Ionization after purifying their water with their RO System. When adding a water ionizer after the RO System, we add a remineralization cartridge between the RO Unit and the Ionizer to restore high quality minerals needed for your health and the proper operation of the ionizer.
