PCI Compliant to protect your privacy and identity
All of our corporate administrative servers and online e-commerce servers are tested regularly by the independent security vulnerability testing agency - Security Metrics - to insure your privacy and payment information is secure from unauthorized access.
Credit Card Information
All Credit Card Information is retained for processing payments and credits. This information is retained for 12 months on secure data servers protected by extensive use of the latest security firewalls and all data is fully encrypted. All credit information is securely deleted after 12 months.
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes IP Address of the customer's ISP but this is only recorded and maintained once a customer makes an order. This primary purpose of this information being recorded is to help monitor and reduce fraudulent credit card activity.
We collect the e-mail addresses of those who post messages to our bulletin board, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate non-user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations, name and address, telephone number, payment information (e.g., credit card number and billing address), but we never collect specific personal information on consumers who browse our Web page unless it is related to an order and then only that required for order processing.
Any general information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded and is used to improve the content of our Web page, monitor visitor traffic, popular products and for other uses mentioned above.
We offer an "Opt-In" Mailing List and only send emails to you related to your order. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us e-mail at the above address, visiting us at http://www.fitzz.com and view the bottom of the page for email removal.
Physical Mailing and Telephone Information
If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address usually related to your order.
Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line.
We never give this information to any third party and protect this information in our secure administrative offices.
With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
Future use of Customer Information
From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. Customer Access to Stored Information
Upon request we provide site visitors with access to all information (excluding proprietary information) that we maintain about them, financial information (e.g., credit card account information) that we maintain about them, unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password) that we maintain about them, transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) that we maintain about them, communications that the consumer/visitor has directed to our site (e.g., e-mails, customer inquiries).

Information and Data Security
With respect to security: When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial or health information, we redirect visitors to a secure server. This is apparent to the customer by noting the "http" portion of our site's URL changes from "HTTP" to "HTTPS" (the "S" indicating secure encryption protocol). We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. Both our online servers and administrative offices are screened regularly for both physical and electronic security of data and have received the PCI Certification which is renewed quarterly.
