The Power Pro also uses unique roller bearings instead of conventional sleeve or ball bearing rollers found on most models. This gives the Power Pro an exceptionally smooth glide and feel. Total Trainer® Attachments and Accessories
Extra Large Heavy Duty Squat Board - 5.5" Taller & 4" Wider - The extra large squat board is 5.5" taller and 4" wider than the standard squat board. This upgraded attachment is used for leg squats, calf raises, and many other exercises.
Quick Release Pulley System - The chrome quick release pulley system allows for quick movement of the pulleys from the resistance rail to the glide board.
Deluxe Chrome Plated Pull-up, Push-up Bar - This attachment is used for an assortment of upper body exercises including pull-ups, chin-ups, shoulder press, behind neck press, and push-ups.
Bicep Curl Press Bar - One of the most popular attachments is the bicep curl press bar. This bar is interchangeable with the conventional twin handle system, which makes the Total Trainer more versatile.
Advanced Ab Pro (Sit-Up Strap) - The Pro AB strap has been reshaped and lengthened to give you more control. This new design gives a more comfortable feel to the shoulders and neck while allowing you to concentrate on developing tighter, more defined abdominal section.
Deluxe 2" Double Stitched Box Cushion - The cushion has been upgraded with high density foam. Unlike other cushions which are 1" to 1.5" thick, Bayou Total Trainer cushions are a full 2" thick. Many exercises are performed with your knees on the cushion. The thicker cushion will help prevent bruising to the knees.
Chrome Twin Handles - The twin handles are interchangeable with the optional bicep curl press bar.
Power Bar - The power bar allows you to add standard free weights to the Total Trainer. Advanced users often add weight to increase the resistance.
Sit-Up Foot Trays - The sit-up foot trays will accommodate most shoe sizes and are used for sit-ups, leg curls and rowing exercises. This feature is standard and unique on only the Total Trainer Power Pro home gyms.
Dual Leg Cuff Rope Assembly - The dual leg cuff assembly provides you the option of using as both a single leg cuff and dual leg cuff.
