Total Trainer® Attachments and Accessories
Advanced Pro Ab (Stomach) Crunch Strap - The Pro Ab strap has been reshaped and lengthened to give you more control. This new creative design gives a more comfortable feel to the shoulders and neck while allowing you to concentrate on developing tighter, more defined Abs.
Heavy Duty Squat Board - The squat board is used for leg squats, calf raises, and other exercises.
Bicep Curl Press Bar - One of the most popular attachments is the bicep curl press bar. This bar is interchangeable with the conventional twin handle system, which makes the Total Trainer more versatile.
Deluxe 2" Double Stitched Box Cushion - The cushion has been upgraded with high density foam. Unlike other cushions which are 1" to 1.5" thick, Total Trainer cushions are a full 2" thick. Many exercises are performed with your knees on the cushion. The thicker cushion will help prevent bruising to the knees./p>
Twin Handles - The twin handles are interchangeable with the optional bicep curl press bar.
Power Bar - The power bar allows you to add free weights to the Total Trainer. Advanced users often add weight to increase the resistance.
Pilates Toe Bar - The Pilates toe bar expands your exercise options.
Sit-Up Strap - The sit-up cuff strap has been lengthened to accommodate a larger shoe size.

Dual Leg Cuff Rope Assembly - The dual leg cuff rope assembly for this model uses the arm rope plus an extension rope. There is also a single leg cuff assembly with an independent pulley.
