This Leather Weight Lifting Head Harness is perfect for building the neck muscles which are the fastest growing muscles in the body.
Thicken your neck and look bigger and stronger!! Fully adjustable, padded and built to last. Most lifters forget about the neck, but it is easy to built a nice set of thick neck muscles. Simply hook a weight plate to the chain, put on head harness and lift the weight with your head and neck.
A typical work out uses the following movements: Up and down, back and forth, side to side. Be careful and start easy and work your way up Watch your neck swell up bigger to give you a tough strong neck for strength, looks and to help prevent injuries. For this exercise it is a good idea to use lighter weights and higher reps (i.e. 15+ per set).
