 Do you ship to APO/FPO Addresses?  
 
We are happy to ship a large majority of our products to an APO/FPO address. 
 
With a few exceptions, we are limited to items under 70 pounds.  If you have a question about a specific item, simply call our Customer Care Team at 1.866.813.3621 (or if call internationally dial +1.305.433.3188 or contact us via SKYPE at mark@fitzz.com) during normal business hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm EST and we will be happy to assist you.
 
Accurate shipping charges should be calculated on our online store when you create your order.
 
Please note:  Due to the wide variations in delivery destinations and conditions, we unfortunately must pass the responsibility for the shipment to the customer once it leaves our warehouse. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES SHIPPING TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.  We will be happy to facilitate replacment and/or repair but any additional costs incurred that are not covered the insurance program will be billed to the customer. 
 
We include insurance on all orders shipping to APO/FPO address and refer any lost package issues to the United States Postal Service Insurance Program.  We will refund any incurred costs AFTER WE RECEIVE REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE POSTAL SERVICE.  We have a 99.5% delivery rate with the United States Postal Service so it is rare that we have an issue but must make you aware of the possibility.

 Do you ship to Canada?  
 
We are happy to provide shipment of most products to Canada.
 
PLEASE NOTE: The recipient will be responsible for paying all applicable duties, taxes and customs clearance fees invoiced.

If the order is shipping to British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario or Quebec, the recipient will also pay provincial sales tax. Taxes, duties and handling must be paid at the time of delivery (cash, certified cheque, VISA®, MasterCard®, or a Canada Post commercial account).

Canada Post or the courier service will collect the amount indicated on Form E-14 (the customs form) at time of delivery.

 Do you ship to Hawaii?  
 
Yes, we are happy to ship many of our products to Hawaii. 
 
Orders over two pounds that are shipping to Hawaii are exempt from our Free Shipping Offer and must pay either USPS Priority Mail rates or air freight rates if shipping via UPS.
 
Please contact our Customer Care Team at 1.866.813.3621 (during normal business hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm EST) to discuss specific product orders.

 Has my order shipped?  
 

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to your order tracking information.

When you login, you can check your order status and review your order history. Simply login into your account and track your order online.

If you still are having difficulties finding the status of your order, please send an email to customercare@fitzz.com or call our Customer Care Team at 1.866.813.3621 (during normal business hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm EST) and we will be happy to assist you.

 How do I cancel my order/item?  
 

Please send an email to customercare@fitzz.com or call 1.866.813.3621 (during normal business hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm EST) and reference the order number and your name and tell us you wish to cancel your order.  We will confirm the cancellation via email and if any credit is due you will also recieve credit confirmation email.

If you cancel your order after it has shipped, please contact our Customer Care Team directly at 1.866.813.3621. We will refund the product purchase price but we will not be able to refund the shipping charge.

We would also appreciate you telling us why you wish to cancel if the reason has to do with the order process, our service or our website. We are striving to make your shopping experience the best available online and we appreciate and encourage all comments.
