All models are covered in our luxury 1 ounce wool damask and 3/4" Quill Flex quilted to a linen backing. You don't have to decide on, or pay more for, an upgraded cover. You may also opt for a stretch Terry Cloth cover for a more 'direct' foam feel. You may interchange components within the confines of your home to get that "just right feel" for you and your partner. Each side can be customized with a firm or softer feel at no extra charge.

90 Day Trial and Return Policy
We offer a 90 day layer switch out policy. This means you may return any one of the layers in your mattress in exchange for a layer of different firmness. We will pay for the shipping to you and all you pay is approximately $30 for the returned layer (depending on your location). To make sure you are not inconvenienced in any way, the process is as follows: notify us of the desired firmness, we ship new layer to you, and you return switch out layer to us in the same box. Subsequent switch out of layers can be done but at handling cost of $50 plus cost of shipping both ways.
Select Sleep Mattress Warranty
Congratulations on your new "Lifetime Dreams Latex Sleep System." At Sleep EZ, our goal is to provide the highest product quality and durability, assuring you of the most comfortable and healthful night’s sleep.
This article is guaranteed to the original purchaser, against defects in materials (other than covering materials) and workmanship, for 20 years- 10 years non-pro-rated and 10 years pro-rated. Should this article fail to meet the provisions of this guarantee, the purchaser may return it to the original vendor or the factory at the purchaser’s expense and the guarantor will either repair or replace the article at guarantor’s option at a price equal to 1/20 of the current price, whichever is applicable to the warranty period corresponding to the product purchased, times the number of years of service, should the product have been in service beyond the non-pro-rated period. Should the article fail to meet the provisions of the guarantee during the non-pro-rated period, all of the previously stated provisions apply, except that the repair or replacement will be done at no charge to the purchaser.
In either case, repaired or replaced article shall be returned to purchaser at purchaser’s expense.
1. The warranty is effective whether the mattress is purchased separately or with a matching foundation, however, an improper foundation may void the warranty.
2. Foundation must be supported by three bed slats on a cross-based frame. A frame must have a minimum of four legs, glides, or rollers on twin and full size: five on queens and six on kings.
3. Warranty is void if the mattress and /or foundation has been burned, damaged, stained,unsanitary,or otherwise abused.
4. Too hard or too soft is a judgment not warranted. You may switch one layer for a different firmness within the first 90 days.
5. Upon inspection, any article found to be in an unsanitary condition will not be repaired or replaced and the warranty will be considered null and void.
6. Warranty is void if any labels are removed.
7. Freight to and from the factory will be at purchaser’s expense.
8. Repair or replacement is at the option of Sleep E-Z Mfg.
9. Proof of original purchase must be verified with sales receipt. Note: this warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
This warranty and any implied warranties granted by law are limited to the number of years designated by the box checked above, commencing from the date of purchase. In no event shall vendor be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether arising from warranty, contract, negligence or strict liability. Warranty does not cover blemishes, voids, and minor imperfections. Latex is a natural product and these minor imperfections are part of the product, and do not affect the performance and longevity of product.
