This system incorporates a space saving design which allows placement against a wall. Doubling cables allow the user to double the weight ratio on the bench press and leg press allowing for up to 400 pounds of resistance. Simple to use, these are short pieces of cable permanently mounted to the back side of the bench press arm and "squeeze handles" mounted on the arms allow for easy adjustments.

	Now, both the bench press and leg press can provide up to 400 pounds of resistance! Unique doubling cable increases the resistance to a 2:1 ratio, providing for up to a 400 pound bench press!
	The "squeeze handles" mounted on the arms, allows the user to easily adjust the cable arms from the seat, using one hand and the leg press attachment with heavy duty pillow block bearings is a "parallelogram design", or two vertical uprights topped by a fixed footplate.
