The Ader Sporting Goods Hercules multi-station fitness equipment made of 2" x 2" 11 gauge steel, which includes 6 stations and 4 independent weight stacks. It requires an area of 10'W x 15'L x 8 1/2'H. Assembly required with socket set, wrench and allen key. The 17 exercises area as follows:
- Station 1 (150 lb.. stack) - leg curl and leg extension
- Station 2 - sit up, ab-crunch
- Station 3 - pull-up, chin-up
- Station 4 (150 lb.. stack) - curl, low row, inner and outer thigh
- Station 5 (200 lb.. stack) - bench press, chest press, shoulder press and military press
- Station 6 (200 lb.. stack) - lat pull and tricep press down
